When the city is hit with a strange power outage, it's up to you to bring it back online! By utilizing circuit blocks you'll be able re-divert power safely into the grid! Can you keep your wits about you in this exhilarating arcade puzzler?

How to Play:

Surge Protectors is an arcade puzzle game where your goal is to create power circuits that travel between both the left and right walls of the board! Simply rotate the circuit blocks to connect them to the walls or each other for power. 

You can start a circuit from either side of the board, but as soon as your circuit line connects both walls, the blocks involved will begin to clear away. This will give points and build a multiplier based on how many you clear at once!

Be careful though, if any blocks reach the very top of the board, you'll lose! 

Either play Marathon, a rush to clear 400 blocks, or Endless to see how long you can keep up with the games ever raising pace!

IMPORTANT: If you find yourself having performance issues please try the downloadable version of the game as the browser lagging too much can break game logic

Controls:

Mouse (Recommended):

• Mouse Cursor - Moves cursor to block under mouse
• Left Click - Rotate block left
• Right Click - Rotate block right
• Scroll Wheel Down / Middle Mouse Button - Manually raise the blocks faster

• WASD - Move cursor
• Left Arrow Key - Rotate block left
• Right Arrow Key - Rotate block right
• Space Bar - Manually raise the blocks faster
• Tab / Escape: Pause game (escape will mess with full screen on browser)

Controller:

• D-Pad - Move Cursor
• Button West / Button North - Rotate block left
• Button East / Button South - Rotate block right
• Shoulder L / Shoulder R - Manually raise the blocks faster
• Menu / Start / + - Pause game

Tips:

• For every 6 blocks cleared at once, your multiplier will go up! (Though the first six keeps it a 1x multiplier) Aim for huge clears for big points!
• Be wary of any tall isolated towers of blocks! Try to whittle them away by clearing blocks under or as far into them as you can get!
• Every 20 blocks you clear will raise your level! With each level you attain, blocks will rise onto the board at a faster rate.
• The blocks that are coming into the board at the bottom (indicated by their darker color) can get and give charge but can't be cleared until they fully reach the board.
• Stuck without any means of making a full circuit? Don't forget you can raise the board manually at any time! Just be careful not to raise it too far!
• Wanna get advanced? If you're fast enough, you can connect another circuit to one that's actively being cleared for a MASSIVE boost in points! But there's 2 caveats, you've gotta be really quick, and the new circuit must add at least 6 blocks of charge to the original circuit to count! (You'll hear a special sound if you pull it off)
